How to Bid

To place a bid in White Columns 2025 Benefit Auction, you must first register to bid online using the Bidder Registration Form. We can also help you register to bid in person at the gallery.

The Benefit Auction will take place on the evening of June 26. If you are unable to attend the Benefit Auction on June 26, you can view the donated artworks at the gallery or on our website beginning on June 13. Remote and proxy bids on all Live and Silent Lots can be placed in person at the gallery or via email up until 12pm on Thursday, June 26. 

For Silent Auction Lots, you can place in-person, remote or proxy bids at the gallery or by email anytime until 12pm on June 26. Bidding on Silent Lots begins on June 13 and continues throughout the event on the evening of June 26. We can provide status updates for bids placed on Silent Auction Lots until 12pm on June 26.

For Live Auction Lots (identified by the word ‘Live’ before their lot number), proxy bids can be placed in-person at the gallery or by email until 12pm on June 26. All bidding on Live Auction Lots occurs during the event the evening of June 26, and you will be represented by our staff up to the amount of your proxy bid.

4) Your maximum bid

Bidding increases in increments of $100.

Please note, bids are not placed on or through our website. 

All bids, both those placed in person or online, are registered in the order they are received. We do not offer phone bidding during the Live Auction. There is no buyer’s premium.

We will contact everyone who has placed a remote or proxy bid with the results by 6pm on Friday, June 27.
